I've been recently on a search for a specific game called "Meteos Online"

It's based of off the DS game named "Meteos" and is made by the same devs as this online version.
The game was only in Japan though, so it's gonna be hard to find the client for it.

I'll find it eventually, there's usually someone who would be storing a game like this.
